I'm in Israel for the year on Young Judaea's Year Course, on a speciality track called Shevet, which is supposed to be "jewish enrichment from the modern orthodox, zionist perspective." The first three months we live in Jerusalem, the second semester is Bat Yam, and we end in Arod in the Negev. I take classes, volunteer, travel, and spend time (almost all of my weekends so far) with family.

Israel is incredible and I'm having an amazing time. I miss my family and friends back home so much, can't wait to see them.
